Fair concern. Just use generic topic and then expose the unacceptable opinion by voice, if it's the case.
It might but its up to you what you put in the app. If its truly mainstream as a privacy friendly tinder alternative I don't see it being an issue. If your putting all kinds of dissenting topics in there in a country that polices for those your a target yes.
