Agree -- but why are they playing dumb all the way up the chain? Homeland is involved? The FBI is 'seeking information'? They didn't know about a widespread and very visible military test? I mean, if they're trying to pull something 'secret' this is simply idiotic. They wanted us to see, they know we've seen...and are like 'golly we're just as flummoxed all yous guys'?

Makes zero sense, right?
