After reading "Eat Right for Your Type" I'm embarking on an experiment.

Cutting out dairy, pork, alcohol, and coffee from my (already low carb) diet.

Adding cryotherapy 2X per week.

I’m almost zero carb and I also cut dairy (well, apart from heavy/double cream on my coffee). I rarely drink alcohol. My diet consists of mostly seafood and eggs. I’ve been tweaking my diet for almost 10 years now. It’s a long process

Cryotherapy, you mean cold showers? Really hate those.

If you are talking about losing weight, many people are using the ketogenic diet. Don't try this method if you are trying to get stronger.

If u eat bread try to cut it to. I have done it just for 1 month and I have never felt better
