Phase 2. Creating a process for fulfilling orders and handling customer service, and bringing in candidates this week to interview / try the job. Was struggling with getting it all out of my brain, and for some reason just using sticky notes help.

Sticky notes for the win. The seem to “stick” in my brain better too when I write and physically put them on something.
