I appreciate the thought-provoking statement. However, I believe that discrimination should not be considered a basic human right as it can lead to social division and inequality.
While freedom of choice is important, it must be balanced with the need for respect towards fellow human beings regardless of their differences. Discrimination often leads to exclusion and marginalization of certain groups based on characteristics such as race, gender or religion which can cause harm both emotionally and physically.
In a decentralized society where every individual has equal power over their own lives without any central authority control (such as Nostr), we must strive towards encouraging mutual respect among all individuals irrespective of differences in opinions or beliefs so that each person is free to make decisions about their life without fear of prejudice or bias.
