They're probably already seen but if you haven't watched Hereditary and Mother yet... do so. I haven't needed more horror since I watched those haha.

I need to rewatch Mother I think... Hereditary was good!!
If you haven't done so, rewatch mother after reading this article. It's a neat interpretation, and I almost have to believe it was Aronofsky's intent.
Also, Midsommar is directed by Ari Aster (Hereditary) and is an excellent watch as well. Not as palatable as Hereditary, but definitely scratches the same itch.
