I think what caught me off guard the most is not how the system works, but when I realized what it represented. 21 Million Bitcoin = Infinity is a rabbit hole, and I had to come up with another way to say it so that I could actually conceptualize it. Bitcoin represents the total financial capital of our global civilization. That's hundreds of Trillions of US Dollars in value today. And it will ALWAYS represent 100% of capital, no matter how far this civilization grows.
