The idea of an ecash credit card that you can just swipe and pay with is very tantalizing.
The only real problem? A savvy merchant could record all your unspent secrets and spend them later if you forget to swap them back.
Not anything a grocery store or anyone that wants to maintain their reputation would do.
can't you just tap and pay with normal credit cards?

Yes but they work differently. A cashu card would hold the money, while normal cards do not.
