I run all that kind of stuff on a Debian machine with dicker. Just my 2 sats

I know CasaOS is Apache 2 Open Source licensed. ZimaOS not sure, but source code is available on GitHub. Umbrel is Polyform Non-commercial license.

If you hardware have the requirements, try Proxmox or TrueNAS scale.

Why? Setup another lab for those things? There is already separation in start9. Also, you could just load multiple startos VMs on proxmox if you insist on having separate boxes
