That guy doesn’t want solutions, he wants attention and to monetize nihilistic fear mongering. Exactly why he won’t embrace Bitcoin either.
I agree that most podcasters are of that ilk, but I think that Neil Oliver actually does want solutions and a life of freedom. I consider him to be genuine and see him exploring solutions as opposed to only discussing problems. He mentioned in the Tucker interview that he’s open to Bitcoin as a solution. I think he just needs to study it more.
He said the same with Breedlove over a year ago. No progress. His incentives are perverted, which will prevent him from studying Bitcoin. Talk is cheap. Look at the incentives.
I don’t know if there has been any progress or not. Hard to judge what someone’s thoughts are. Not everyone responds rationally to incentives. I find him to be an exception. To each their own.
Some one needs to tell me about Neil Oliver. I don't really know who he is.
