Interesting thought experiment. Maybe they could even use counterfeit currency to buy BTC. However I think it’s really hard for them to put all their drug money into #bitcoin as exchanges are heavily regulated. Also, who would tell cartels that they own BTC as it increases the risk of a 5$ wrench attack significantly.
I heard something interesting. As the USD dollar gets replaced by Bitcoin. The drug cartels, corrupt intelligence agencies & criminals who have pallets of USD hidden in warehouses will find out their USD will become worthless pieces of paper overnight.
Do you think the criminals sit around watching podcasts about Bitcoin or podcasts about how the USD will become worthless. Or do they see that as a conspiracy theory? 🤔😐😂
