I'm not wearing those glasses, but I have red filters on my PC and phone.

It really made a difference.

No more headaches and I fall asleep more quickly. Been listening to a lot of Jack Kruse lately and I do go into the sun a lot more and i'm thinking to change my light bulbs with red ones

Highly recommend the blue light glasses. I can't stand regular LED screens or fluorescent without them anymore. We had it good with incandescent bulbs.

Thanks both of you guys! Will chek more into it, a screen on the laptop on phone would be great.

About bulbs light I always intuitively (lol) preferred it, but the narrative of reducing cost made me change them. Should come back to them.. 😅

Yeah I think everyone did. I did not realize how intrusive the fluorescent light was until I started wearing the blue light blockers.

Didn't get a notification from this, but glad you're gonna check it out. My PC was providing enough redness, but for my phone I had to install the twilight app to make it red enough

The day after I got my new glasses, I heard Jack Kruse saying this was a thing 😅

Before I had glasses that turn into sunglasses if hit by the sun, so I decided to change to regular glasses again.

My next pair will indeed have the blue light filter on them

I'm on my second pair of yellow lenses.

The problem with me is: I have around -7 eyesight, so I'll also need to get them help not seeing everything blurry.

I am trying not to wear them as much, to see if I can improve my eyesight.

Thanks for sending the info. I'll have a check on it. Followed you back 💪

Can't zap you btw
