I know Miljan will make it right or at least let us know what's up.
We're building Nostr at break neck speed and we won't always get it right. But we'll fix it and push forward because we have to.

Our way of being 100% transparent throughout the process of building is to have all of our code and config files publicly available in our repos. The next level is to expose user-friendly UI for all of this, which we are working on.
Much of the criticism we are getting can be summarized as "why isn't Primal perfect right now?", which is silly.
