I did enough research to come to this conclusion. It’s a little rabbit hole but less is more in regards to security when splitting hairs on storage size

Just go with coinkite because they doing QA

SD card are super unregulated and mess to get tested chips

This is why I’ve been hesitant/hoping to find a reputable company with reasonable pricing

The 8gb San Disk are the way to go. There's no reason to buy a 16gb for a Coldcard. 8gb is plenty of space for what you need. Amazon has a good sale on multi-packs of these SanDisk cards.

Perfect 🤙

I use these too. I like the Q BBQ codes though. SD cards suck.

I’m working with an MK4 (and of course have steel too) so just looking for redundancy (and also forgot that the coldcard doesn’t automatically come with an SD card when I bought a second one)

I have an MK4 too. I have a hard time with the NFC though. NFC works great with the tap signer, but not so much with the MK4.

I like using it with the Cold Power and a 9v battery though. It looks cooler, but the AAA batteries on the Q are easier.

Looove the ColdPower

Thanks brother! Appreciate you
