Yes. Probably. But, what I don’t understand is why shud America be so keen to bend down for Russia. Aren’t they like sworn enemies. Literally every Hollywood film portrays a Russian conspiracy or a spy.
It's not about bending the knee to Russia.
It's about ending war & pulling funding.
Trump wants this to be his legacy, I think that much is clear.
