They don’t need a “cool” parent. They need a regulated one.

I’m not a parent yet… but I’m doing the inner work now, not waiting for fatherhood to “wake me up.”

This means eating REAL food, moving daily, training, grounding in nature, building something meaningful, and healing patterns so my future kids feel it in their bones.

That’s epigenetics. That’s legacy. Vitality is generational.

(and while I don’t condone plastic or tap water… this slip n’ slide moment was worth it)
