For programming, yes. I don't ask it much else that could potentially be censored. It's also good for simple home cooking recipes.

I would say it's my default ... Coding, syntax, how stuff works, data aggregation, reviews, considering other angles ... It does all of that better
Still worse at things like weather for the week, sport scores, market and holiday hours etc
Yeah, I basically have my local LLM and/or ppq open at all times. Sometimes I'll use perplexity. It's such a game changer.
I wonder how much stack overflow has lost in traffic because of LLMs.

And no, I use Claude 3.5 sonnet on my computer. It's alright for basic code generation. I didn't know about gpt4all 👀

I use AI for probably 50% of my searches lately. Still too many inaccuracies to make it 100%, but I suspect it won’t take long.
Not entirely, but for 80% of searches yes. The other 20% is probably more a habit thing though.

I don't search super often, so I'm still remembering that I can ask Grok, but yes, most of my questions go to Grok because I'll get a real answer instead of a bunch of paid promotional stuff that's somewhat related to my question, but doesn't actually answer it, like on google.
