SECURITY #bitcoin, an argument:
I'm definitely going to be talking rubbish, but when #bitcoin becomes the sole currency of exchange, I'm afraid that every home will become a target for robbery.
And no safe will hold.
Because if you are under threat from someone, or someone is threatening someone close to you, you will reveal everything from the 12 or 24 word seed, to the location of the cold wallet etc etc.
You would have to eliminate the root of the problem, make robbery unnecessary, i.e., find the system of making the key to access your #bitcoins exclusive to the person, say, tied to their DNA or something that is impossible to steal or replicate (I'm imagining, forgive me if this sounds silly, I don't know what to tie it to yet) and consequently authenticate every transaction.
I don't know if I'm making my point.
Something intimately linked to the uniqueness of each human being.
One's genomic sequence creates the key to which one's #bitcoins can be tied.
Which cannot be stolen to authorize a transaction, because everyone is unique and therefore cannot be used (I am reasoning as I write, so I might be saying something nonsensical).
Does this make sense to you?
I swear I am not drunk... :)
