What's the difference between both flavours? Is the Google Play/Zapstore version also open source?

Play has translations and Google notifications. Fdroid is uses Unified push for notifications and has no translations.
Google Play version is proprietary, Zapstore is open source. Both let you paint, but only one lets you peek behind the curtain.
Thanks, but the .apk have exactly the same sha256. Google Play Version and Zapstore are the same. Or am I missing anything?
