A cool thing about working at Cash App is that you also get to learn from Square, Tidal, Spiral, TBD, etc. teammates as well.

The company itself is very decentralized so there’s so much to learn from each other. You can see why we are such fans of open protocols ‘cause we know we’d only learn/improve more by engaging with as many peers as possible!
