Thanks for your support! Some benefits I’ve reaped thus far, improved finances, clearer thinking and better management of anxiety, better sleep, more productivity. The weight loss was crazy, had me worried for a second but it has leveled out 😅

I would love some weight loss. Unfortunately I just replaced drinking with eating lots of crap. My next challenge is eliminating 🍪🍰🥖🧁🎂🍩🍭🍦🍫🍬🍨. Or maybe I just accept I’ll never be perfect. We all suffer cardiac arrest at some point, right?

I can relate, I have a terrible sweet tooth as well. Currently working on replacing cookies and ice cream with fruit.
