I think the most common driver of individual change is environment. Like Darwin pointed out people adapt to their environment.
Bezos is smart and like all the other elites is sensing the public's ideological shift and is positioning himself to be liked and respected in that environment.
Who could blame a man for doing that, but while I understand it, I don't respect it. You never know the true colors of a chameleon.
I don't think he values those pillars, I think he values his position in society.
But perhaps I'm just overly skeptical.
Yea, Iām skeptical for the same reasons. That said, Iād rather hear someone with his voice/platform saying this than the alternative, even if it does turn out to be self serving.
