Been doing Wim Hof Method breathing exercises every morning for a while now.

Really helps me wake up and get in tune with my body to start the day.

Holding an empty breath for as long as possible requires quite a bit of mental fortitude to quiet the natural panic, but gives a unique euphoric sensation.

Anybody else try WHM? What are your thoughts?

Haven’t tried it. But I do hold my breath when driving sleepy to stay awake. Best strat I’ve found.

it does raise your blood pressure, and all that goes with it

blue light also helps wake you up
