How is it working out? I've started 8/16 or 6/18 for 1-2 months. I like it.
I’m sticking with it, but I have fluctuated because I date a chef now 😅
I’ve been doing 14 hours for 4 years. Before that I did 16 hours for a year (Changed it when the first kid was born)
I thought 18 hours would be tough but it went really well today
Whatever im doing now isn’t working. 😅
How come? Do you eat outside your window?

Bro… when I get home from work, she’s like, babe, you hungry? Then she pulls out one, but two woks, kicks the flame so high I can feel it roaring in the next room, food flies through the air, lands on a plate in 10 min, and the kitchen is spotless, dishwasher is loaded… it’s magic 🪄✨
