Steaks in cast iron, roasted celery root, mushroom wine sauce, and one of my unique vegetable dishes, named Arecibos after the telescope.
Theyβre artichoke bottoms stuffed with a garlic clove and cream cheese, topped with shaved Parmesan, and baked golden brown (these got a little darker than usual but were still delicious!)
