2 glasses of milk for two days of:
Raw A2/A2
Pasteurized A2/A2
Raw A1
Pasteurized A1
Some brands offer lactose free as well so if you try those 4 and still have issues then try lactose free. Many people confuse lactose intolerance with A1 intolerance.
