It’s one of the easiest things in the world to empirically test for yourself.

2 glasses of milk for two days of:

Raw A2/A2

Pasteurized A2/A2

Raw A1

Pasteurized A1

Some brands offer lactose free as well so if you try those 4 and still have issues then try lactose free. Many people confuse lactose intolerance with A1 intolerance.

Cool, my understanding is that A2/A1 heavy cream has the least amount of protein/caseins next to butter (practically none). Been mostly curious about effects on cravings (casomorphins) not necessarily intolerance.
