How do you overlay images? I am not gonna install an app just to put one image on top of another one.

Imgflip online is free and is decent. If I need to add an image and remove background I’ll use a free online background remover as well
If you don’t want to install an app try https://imgflip.com/memegenerator . That said, I make 99% of everything on my phone and use 3 apps primarily: Inshot, Imgplay, and Retouch.
