i know already that venmo is ass, but don’t they shill shitcoins? any repercussions for them or are they immune?

You can't get your btc out of them... I made the mistake of buying because I had some extra cash in there, and when I went to send it to my wallet I found out you can't. Cash app is a better platform. They can also transact in lightning.
I think it’s the companies that leaned heavy into staking that should be the most worried. Not sure if Venmo offered that at all.

Venmo is partnered with a TON of banks. And when have you ever known banks to be subject to repressions for shady practices...?
I heard one of these payment apps started delisting some of their shitcoins. It could have been Robin hood but I can't really remember.
