Hey nostr:npub1cn4t4cd78nm900qc2hhqte5aa8c9njm6qkfzw95tszufwcwtcnsq7g3vle I'm applying for a Strike business account but it's asking me for a bank statement. Will this document pass your approval process?

Lol.

So a real question on this: without a normal business bank account, how would a person pay any taxes owed? ACH out of the strike cash balance?

I'm very curious how that might work.

The plan is to ACH out of the Strike account, yes (but not cash balance - don't plan on having any dollars in here)

Interesting. So I suppose strike would auto sell the Bitcoin then to cover it?

That's how Strike works currently, yea. You get a routing number and bank account and you can use it for bank transfers / "bill pay". you hold bitcoin and it is converted to dollars at the time of the transaction.

You _can_ hold dollars there if you want. but...why?

Cool. Just curious. I have and use strike to dca, but I have never used it for 'banking purposes' like that.

Yeah, ACH via EFTPS is a breeze. The IRS makes it surprisingly easy for you to send them the money they steal from you. It’s very efficient as government processes go.
