He was dancing or explaining something and someone took the picture right at that moment.
No he actually did this weird hand gesture.
He’s spastic. It’s nothing.
If you think that was not intentional, he did it TWICE.
I’m not reading anything into it. He’s not a public speaker, moves awkwardly all the time, and was probably extremely nervous and anxious……but I could be wrong. I’m not an Elon expert by any stretch of the imagine.
