I don't know what you mean.
Intermittent fasting, but instead of water just consume as much fruit and honey as needed to be toasty warm until noon then eat a more mlderate diet for lunch and dinner.
I feel like this would inhibit phagocytosis, which is one of my main reasons for IF, among others. Is that a correct assumption?

For me, if there is just the slightest feeling of hunger/lightness the entire day, but still warm feet and hands, then I know I've eaten enough carbs to power thyroid and hormones, and eaten little enough fat to force my body to liquidate fat stores the healthy way.
I try and aim for about 2lb of fat loss a week, but it's hard because this method obliterates fat stores fast.
When I have too much fruity carbs and honey, I feel an uncomfortable amount of energy and a bit of heart palps, so for me that's an easy ceiling to stay away from.
Hard to hit without honey and maple syrup, and juice.
Did you have any adjustment period where you felt odd/ spaced out or was it right to feeling fire

Gotcha yeah I ordered that complex saw you recommended it elsewhere, so hopefully that’ll help with any of that. I was intermittent fasting through lunch with just coffee for awhile and was feeling really off think it was wrecking my glucose or something don’t wanna run into that type of spaced out feeling all the time again
