I canβt read the small writing on label, but my main question would be how they got it that color. Evaporated cane juice is usually dark brown because it contains a high level of molasses naturally.
I think it's just the lighting. Take Panela's: looks like brown sugar under certain light, or whitish caramel under other lights.
