There is no left-right conflict inherent in the system.

There is only top-bottom conflict, and a dialogue controlled by the top with a purpose of fomenting resentment between the suffering masses below.

Agreed.

In my eyes, it is those who collect interest on money verse those who pay it

There is a fine line between lending with interest and usurious lending. And society is blind to that line. We do not defend the public against aggressive lending tactics, against loans out of which one cannot bankrupt themselves, against debtor prisons, against compounding rates that cannot be paid.

If a debt cannot be paid, it should not be paid. We must hold lenders responsible for unjust loans. The morality attributed to adequate repayment of debts is contrived for us by the lending class. There is no morality in repaying a debt…but there may well be debt peonage, wage slavery, and inadequate provisions for one’s family.

For me the line is easy to identify : any amount of interest. I believe the only way to spread risk evenly between investors (creditors) and entrepreneurs (debtors) is to have equity financing exclusively. One of the most interesting aspects of the bitcoin blockchain, to me, will be the new business structures bitcoin will allow to be possible. I think the blockchain will drop the cost of sophisticated accounting structures to near zero allowing for micro-financiers (think kickstarter) to be paid dividends near instantaneously on business revenue.
