Very solid list.

I prefer desiccated beef liver to cod liver for retinol as it doesn't contain any unstable polyunsaturated fats.

Saturee's desiccated oysters are a great compliment, as they contain tons of bioavailable zinc, whose benefits were mistakenly attributed by researchers to "omega 3s", confusing everyone.

We don't need Omega 3 fatty acids, and the small amounts of DHA/EPA can readily be made by the body from ALA, which are plentiful in shellfish.

Agree with most but ALA has AWFUL bioavailability. Much better to just eat sardines or small fish (or shellfish yes).

Fair. Partial to ikura, mentaiko.
