Woops seem to have accidentally created a new word! Don't know what the proper phrase is for something that triggers seizures, but my point stands
Photosensitive trigger? Anyway, I don’t think such a filter makes sense on an app by app basis, as no one uses just one. It would make sense as a setting on an operating system level though.
In Windows i.e. there is a HDR setting, which smoothens the picture out, I like to turn it on and adjust it to my needs, it’s easier on the eyes for prolonged sessions.
