I found some very funny users who showed up here from the bridge to activitypub. I don't know if they count though because they are technically users of Mastadon and similar things.

There are also a bunch of vegans, carnivores, theists, and even the occasional pedophile or two hanging around. But I don't think many people get the kind of kick I do when arguing with freaks and weirdos.

In conclusion: Yep, Bitcoin spam is as exhausting as it is bland, and all I know is what Nostr is to me, not what it could be for you.
