I would not expect them to be harmless. Looks cool but is for sure a thead for your health.
A lot of shops won't touch those inks due to the toxicity involved. Ironic, I know, but I have seriously thought about getting a UV-reactive tattoo before. Same with like glow-in-the-dark inks.
