I go through pretty much exactly the same thing sometimes. I generally try to eat quality food and cook at home but sometimes let myself get too hungry because I don’t have anything easily available or feel too tired to cook. When I’m too hungry I don’t necessarily make the best choices..

For me I’ve found it more difficult since I’ve been going in to the office more often for work rather than working at home all the time.

this! you say it. many are feeling like that probably - food should take more space in the day of a modern life!

Feeling this at the moment. A new job in the office is messing with my food chi.

I need to re-establish some new routines around when to buy, cook or decide in advance what to eat when I’m too tired for either (that’s remotely healthy).

I find that I eat my stress so I need to be more mindful about that too.
