I think he's right. China is and will be the world leading superpower.
Why do you think US is acting so aggressively towards China. Because their existence as a leading world superpower is crumbling.
I can see China's current position is very strong, but I don't think Ray accounted enough for how bitcoin will play into the game.
Ultimately, I also have no idea how it will play out either, but I don't think China will command a global reserve currency.
