Why is NOSTR sucking today- I have a ton of bots @ ā mentioningā me but canāt even see the posts - is there a way to only allow people to @ mention you who follow you and follow back ?

Canāt prevent bots from doing that, but clients could filter out their notes for you. If you use only WoT relays, it probably would help filtering out the bots.

General practice:, Once in a while I check connected relays to see if they are active, how much spam there was reported etc. If there's a bigger problem I simply remove a specific relay (sometimes adding it back after a while, sometimes not). Generally trusted paid relays are free of spam. They don't cost much.
