I have not tried pumpkin oil. I love roasting the seeds though.

Does it have a high smoke point?

Just looked it up. Smoke point is lower than olive oil at 320°F.

How do you like to eat it?

I use it only for salads 🥗

Right now I'm enjoying simple salad with tomato + feta cheese + pumpkin oil with a little bit of salt.
