have tested a few before. depends on what u goal n scale of growth happens. choices are so many
key is index ad campaign to promote it which is ready available in YT by default.
reason people is YT is just crowd + infra which took 20yrs to get built.
e.g. many CDN options in nostr which offers creater service etc.
