I take that back. It seems like it’s covered up a lot when using the colander but it doesn’t really show on the camera. The collandee things works if the holes are close to the aperture of the camera.

Otherwise you can point the collandee in the sun and look at it's shadow. That's the same idea but the collenesr is the camera lens instead of the camera🤷🏽
