I personally don't follow her (not for the reason you might think) but as long as she puts a content warning on her photos I won't block or report her either.
I'm writing this note to tell you a true story.
Internet sensorship and filtering began in my country decades ago, almost from when internet reached Iran.
The government started filtering our internet and blocking some websites and keywords with the excuse of +18 content, children's safty, NSFW, family values, religous reasons, blah blah blah.
Being a mostly religous nation then, almost all of the society accepted those excuses and went with it without question. No one dared to say other wise if they didn't agree. (At least I don't know of anyone who opposed it openly back then.)
Fast forward thirty years, our internet now is one of the most restricted in the world, with the lowest connectivity and speed, most banned and blocked websites and platform and always at the top of Netblocks list.
The moral lesson here is "do not comply" to forced restrains.
If you choose to not see something that's your choice. Don't force it on others and don't bend to generalizing rules.
