You mean surveillance state corporatism?

No. Surveillance Capitalism, believe it or not pursuit of profit isn't always aligned for what's best for humanity.

No. Last time I checked the capitalism did not include central banks, income taxes, sosializing public expenditures, state intervention in economics and synthetic redistribution of wealth, errosion of civil liberties or punishing productivity.

A list of strawmans. Not untrue, but doesn't excuse the OP of for-profit incentives to snoop on users, harvest data, coerce users into buying crap and capturing user attention even if it's detrimental to the user.

It's true that capitalism (and freedom) allows all those. But under the wide spread capitalism those all will be very short lived.

This is because capitalism introduces and encourages competition in the market and people tend to choose the products/services they get most from to them.

In order to be able to continuously offer products/services that are detrimental to the users, we need to introduce government intervention, subsidies, harmful regulations and economic controls, and those are not part of capitalism.
