I limit US pork in general - US farmers feed soy & other stuff I'm specifically avoiding, which ends up in the fat as pigs are autoenzyme digesters
90% of my diet is:
Grass-fed ruminants (beef, bison, lamb)
Pasture-raised bird eggs
Wild salmon
Grass-fed ghee (as cooking oil)
Yeh im the same now. I ate lots of bacon at first but slowly stopped enjoying it.
Steak, beef liver, salmon and eggs is basically my diet now
I enjoy beef marrow; it's become my preferred fat for direct consumption since fatty dairy seemed to be preventing my slimming process
I ate much liver when I first converted but lost the craving. I suspect I cured some deficiency
