Home made batch of ____ ? Home made by you? But you don’t what’s in it?

Haha. I’m so confused, yet extremely intrigued. It’s hard to get very spicy local stuff.

Although my favorite local 焼き鳥屋さん has a mean 青唐味噌 that’s great with cucumber and in their おにぎり. I remember one batch being so strong I nearly vomited haha
