It promotes status quo network effect or amplification based on people’s perceptions of others which can be linked to inference bias or agendas. A single point of failure. I think statistical probability of patterns of spam could maybe work. I’m not sure.
And can also protect women from muted incels too… it goes both ways, maybe. I don’t fully understand WoT but we need to be asking these questions.
