Loving #damus so far—smoother experience than #primal
But, for whatever reason, #zaps aren’t showing up under notifications… although they show up on primal… 🤷🏻♂️

Do you mean the zap button isn’t there? You have to run a script (zap.army) to get the button back…Apple restrictions. If that’s not the issue pls let me know
Zap button isn’t showing like it was on primal, plus I’m not getting notified when I do get zaps…
Ya you need to run the script and restart the app. Then you should be good!

I like Damus much better than Primal. Primal has all the bells and whistles, but the ux just doesn't click with me. Speed is much better with Dam.
Agreed. Switched do Damus and I’m not looking back. Much smoother.
That’s one thing I’d love to see in Damus, top zaps displayed directly on the notes. So far you have to click into the note to see the zap details.
Agreed. I just started using it today, but so far I really like it. I assume it will improve with time.

Context is Apple are evil overlords and Damus is not allowed to have zaps turned on because Apple wants their cut.
Somehow this workaround works and Apple haven't clocked on or doesn't care.
Yeah, Apple is bad news, as seen with what they’ve done with their “walled garden” in respect to iMessage… I’ll be going back to Android for my next phone, although Google ain’t no saint either… 🤷🏻♂️
