There is no such thing as a sex change, so there is no such thing as a trans person of any kind. You cannot be "in transition" to an end that is simply impossible.

It's just mutilation & chemical castration as a result of some sort of self loathing mental illness. And most of them end up killing themselves because they got encouraged to do self destructive things rather than actually receiving some help toward healing.
